Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing, accessing, or using FlowJob, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms do not replace a specific written agreement if FlowJob issues one for a particular transaction.
Products and access
FOUNDATION provides free Trading Journal access. BOOTCAMP is a one-time paid product for education and curriculum access according to the product status at purchase. FlowJob does not sell signals, bots, copy trading, fund management, custodial accounts, or investment/futures advisory services. BOOTCAMP account status and purchase history are retained as transaction evidence. Changes, removals, or redesigns of materials do not extinguish rights arising from prior purchases.
Account and use
You are responsible for your account, devices, password, and email; you may not share access, resell materials, abuse features, upload unlawful data, or use the service for investment schemes, illegal broker promotion, fraud, or activity that violates third-party platform terms.
Trading education boundary
FlowJob materials are general education only. They do not instruct you to buy, sell, open a position, hold a position, use a specific leverage level, choose a specific broker, or allocate capital. Any chart example, journal, case study, or market discussion is illustrative, not a personal recommendation.
Pricing, payment, and updates
Pricing, taxes if any, payment methods, promotion validation, access, and curriculum status are described at purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; FlowJob may reject, delay, or cancel access if a transaction is invalid, fraud-risky, charged back, or unlawful. Contact support@flowjob.id with questions about previous purchases.
Bootcamp refunds
For BOOTCAMP, a 100% refund request may be submitted within 7 calendar days after payment settlement when fewer than 20% of published lessons have ever been opened. Eligibility is calculated and recorded server-side; requests require submission, identity/transaction verification, and a refund method available from the payment provider. Bank/payment gateway fees, exchange rates, taxes, or third-party costs may follow provider rules and applicable law.
Consumer rights and support
The commercial refund guarantee is subject to purchase terms. Non-waivable rights for non-conforming service, payment error, consumer protection, or applicable law remain; remedies may include access correction, service replacement, refund, or other action required by law.
Availability and service changes
FlowJob may fix, replace, discontinue, or limit features for security, compliance, operations, or material quality. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes, but internet services, payment providers, hosting, Discord, Supabase, Vercel, Midtrans, and third-party integrations may experience disruptions outside FlowJob control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FlowJob is not responsible for trading decisions, market losses, lost profits, data loss caused by user action, third-party disruption, or claims arising from use of materials outside their educational purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Materials and intellectual property
Materials, design, curriculum, text, video, illustrations, and learning structure belong to FlowJob or its licensors. Copying, re-recording, reselling, sharing access, scraping, or distributing materials without written permission is prohibited. Complaints, takedown requests, and support: support@flowjob.id.
Suspension and termination
FlowJob may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, security risk, refund/chargeback abuse, intellectual-property infringement, or a lawful authority request. Where possible, FlowJob will provide an opportunity to clarify through support channels.
